We teach before we deploy
Planning software that nobody understands gets overridden within a quarter. Every engagement opens with working sessions on the fundamentals of the discipline, run against your own products and your own history — so the people using the system can judge its output rather than take it on faith.
Validated against your own history
Nothing goes live on trust. Before anything depends on it, we back-test the platform against your past data and run it in parallel with how you plan today. You see where the two agree and where they differ, and decide from there.

The planning rules we arrive at are written down and handed over. Your team is trained to maintain them. The subscription buys you the platform, support and continued development — not a dependency on us to make routine decisions.
