Pricing
What this costs, and what drives it
Two charge types: one-off fees to get you live, then a monthly subscription for the platform. The subscription price is published in full below — you should not have to email us to find out what the platform itself costs. The work to get you live is quoted per engagement, because it depends almost entirely on the state of your data.
Enablement and implementation
Invoiced as professional services against an agreed written scope. One-time charges, quoted before the work begins.
Platform subscription
Billed monthly from go-live, on a minimum one-year term. Never charged during enablement or implementation.
Platform subscription
Per customer, per month, exclusive of applicable taxes. Billed from go-live, never before.
Platform subscription
Demand planning on your own data — forecasting what each product will sell, at each location, on your planning cycle.
Included each month
- Up to 1,000 SKUs
- 4 forecast runs per month
- Monthly data buckets
- Platform access for your nominated users
- Hosting, maintenance, product updates and support
From
$1,450 / month
RM5,800 per month
Prices are set in MYR. The USD figure is converted at a fixed planning rate of 1 USD = RM4.00 and is indicative — the rate applied to your contract is the one agreed at signing.
Getting there is a one-off cost as well — see enablement and implementation below. Longer contract terms reduce this monthly figure.
What this figure does and does not cover
The figure above covers demand planning, which is what almost every engagement starts with and the only capability we price off the shelf. Supply chain optimisation and merchandiser routing are delivered as scoped engagements — the enablement stage establishes what is involved and produces a firm quote before anything is committed. We would rather quote those properly than publish a number that turns out not to apply to you.
Getting live — one-off fees
Charged once, before the subscription starts. Each of these is scoped and quoted in writing before any work begins.
Discovery & enablement
Fixed fee, quoted up front
A planning maturity diagnostic and the working sessions that go with it: how you plan today, what your data will support, and what is realistic. Half of this fee is credited against implementation if you go ahead.
Implementation
Fixed fee, quoted after enablement
Getting the platform live on your data: connection, historical load and cleaning, configuration, validation against your own history, and training your team. Quoted against the scope agreed during enablement.
Additional customisation
Estimated per man-day
Work beyond standard configuration — integrations with your ERP or WMS, custom reports, workflow automation, or business rules specific to how you operate. Estimated and approved in writing before it starts.
None of these carry a list price. What it costs to get you live depends almost entirely on the state of your data and how many locations and products you are planning for, and a range wide enough to be honest would not tell you anything useful. Send us the shape of the problem and you will get a written fixed-fee quote before any work starts.
Contract terms
The subscription is billed monthly with no minimum commitment. If you would rather commit to a longer term in exchange for a lower monthly fee, we agree that in the contract — the options below are the shape of it.
- No commitmentList price
- Billed monthly from go-live. Cancel at any time on thirty days' written notice, with no cancellation charge.
- 2 years5% off
- A committed term reduces the monthly platform fee. The discount and the commitment it depends on are set out together in your contract.
- 3 years10% off
- The largest reduction we offer on the monthly fee. What happens if a committed term ends early is agreed in writing before you sign.
On list pricing there is no lock-in at all — cancel at any point on thirty days’ written notice, with no cancellation charge. Where a longer term is agreed for a lower monthly fee, what happens if it ends early is written into that contract rather than left to this page. What is refundable either way is set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If you outgrow the envelope
Published rather than discovered on an invoice. Any uplift is agreed in writing before it applies — we do not bill overage retrospectively.
| Driver | Beyond the envelope | Indicative uplift |
|---|---|---|
| SKU volume | Each additional block of 1,000 SKUs | +$150 – $215 / month (RM600 – RM850) |
| Forecast accuracy | Upgrade to the high-accuracy model | + approximately 25% on the monthly fee |
| Forecast frequency | Weekly cadence / daily cadence | + approximately 30% / 60% on the monthly fee |
| Data size and history | Extended history or oversized files | Stepped by band, quoted before it applies |
What drives the cost
Five factors account for nearly all the variation between quotes.
- Scope
- Which service areas you take, and whether they go live together or in sequence.
- Data volume and quality
- The number of SKUs, locations and years of history — and how much work it takes to get that history into a usable shape.
- Forecast frequency
- How often you need the numbers refreshed. Monthly is included; weekly and daily cadences carry an uplift.
- Customisation depth
- Whether standard configuration is sufficient, or whether integrations and business rules need purpose-built work.
- Contract term
- A two- or three-year commitment reduces the monthly platform fee for the whole term.
Pilot pricing for early partners
We take on a small number of early partners at pilot pricing — reduced or at-cost fees in exchange for close collaboration and detailed feedback while a service area matures. If that fits how you want to work, say so when you get in touch and we will tell you honestly whether a pilot slot is open.
Billing and currency
Currencies
We invoice in USD by default and also accept MYR. The currency is agreed before the first invoice and does not change mid-engagement.
How the figures convert
Prices are set in MYR. The USD figures on this page are converted at a fixed planning rate of 1 USD = RM4.00 and are indicative — the rate applied to your contract is the one agreed at signing.
Invoicing and taxes
One-off fees are invoiced against the agreed scope, typically part on commencement and the balance on completion. Subscription is billed monthly in advance from go-live. All figures exclude applicable taxes. Payment terms are set out in our Terms of Service and cancellation in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
The figures on this page are indicative and are not an offer capable of acceptance. Your fees, scope and terms are those set out in the written proposal or statement of work we issue to you and you accept; where that document differs from this page, it prevails. See our Terms of Service.
Want a figure for your business?
Send us the shape of the problem — roughly how many products and locations, how you plan today, and what you are trying to fix. We will come back with an indicative range and tell you which stages you actually need, before you commit to anything.
We reply within two business days.
